Savory Sesame-Free Hummus

Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups garbanzo beans, soaked, cooked, & drained
- 2 cloves garlic
- 10 Tbsp. water
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice, fresh
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 2 tsp. coriander
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse all ingredients until smooth. Serve with chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
