Spinach Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup packed spinach, fresh
  • 1 cup pear or white grape juice
  • 1/2 avocado, skin & pit removed
  • 1 apple, core removed & diced
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
