Serving size: 4 servings
- 1 cup whole grain sorghum
- 4 cups water or stock
- Rinse the sorghum in running water.
- Bring water or stock to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add sorghum, cover, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes or until tender. Stir occasionally and add more liquid if needed.
- Once the water is completely absorbed, remove from heat and fluff with a fork. Use as a base grain for all of your favorite dishes.
