Turkey, Avocado, and Watercress Wrap
Yields 2 servings
Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. capers, rinsed and chopped
- 2 naans or wraps
- 6 slices roasted turkey breast
- 1/4 cup cucumber sliced, seeds removed
- 1 cup watercress
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mash avocado, mayonnaise and mustard together. Add capers and stir.
- Spread avocado mixture onto naans or wraps. Add 3 slices of turkey to each, then add cucumber slices and watercress. Roll up each wrap and enjoy. Wrap in parchment paper to secure if not eating the wrap right away.
