Turmeric Hummus
	Serving size: 8 servings
	Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
 - 1/3 cup lemon juice
 - 4 tsp. fresh garlic, minced
 - 2 tsp. paprika
 - Salt & black pepper
 - 2, 15 oz. cans chickpeas, drained with water reserved
 
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, turmeric and 1/4 cup of chickpea liquid. Pulse for one minute or until smooth. Add more chickpea liquid if a thinner consistency is desired. Serve with vegetables or pita bread.
