Banana Ice Cream

Yields 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas

Instructions

  1. Remove banana peels and cut bananas into chunks. Place in a freezer-safe container and freeze for 6 hours.
  2. Remove from the freezer and puree in a blender or food processor until smooth. If the bananas are too hard for your blender, let them sit for no more than 15-20 minutes, then blend.
  3. Enjoy immediately with your favorite toppings — coconut, chocolate chips, nuts/seeds, etc.

Nutrition per serving: 70 calories, 18 g carbohydrates, 2 g fiber, 1 g protein, 10 g sugar.
