Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds, roasted
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, roasted
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup dried cherries or other dried fruit
  • 1/2 cup favorite allergy-friendly cereal or granola

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Store ingredients in an air-tight container and enjoy.
  3. Exchange any of the above ingredients to fit into your allergy-free diet.
