Gluten-free Strawberry Mug Cake

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- ¼ tsp. baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 3 tbsp. milk of choice
- ¼ tsp. vanilla, optional
- 1-2 strawberries, chopped
- 3 tbsp. whole grain gluten-free flour mix
Instructions
- In a mug or microwave safe bowl, mix dry ingredients.
- Add remaining wet ingredients and strawberry to mug and mix.
- Microwave on high for 1 to 1 ½ minutes.
