3-Ingredient Buckwheat Galettes (Pancakes)

Serving size: 5 servings


  • 2 cups buckwheat flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 1/3 cups water
  • 1 egg or egg substitute


  1. In a medium bowl, mix flour and salt. Slowly add water 1/4-1/2 cup at a time, mixing well after each portion. Add the egg or egg substitute and mix.
  2. Heat a greased skillet over medium heat. Spoon batter onto skillet and cook until lightly browned. Flip and cook the other side.

Nutrition per serving: 150 calories, 24 g carbohydrates, 35 mg cholesterol, 2.5 g fat, 7 g fiber, 7 g protein, 480 mg sodium, 1 g sugar.
