3-Ingredient Buckwheat Galettes (Pancakes)
Serving size: 5 servings
- 2 cups buckwheat flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 1/3 cups water
- 1 egg or egg substitute
- In a medium bowl, mix flour and salt. Slowly add water 1/4-1/2 cup at a time, mixing well after each portion. Add the egg or egg substitute and mix.
- Heat a greased skillet over medium heat. Spoon batter onto skillet and cook until lightly browned. Flip and cook the other side.
