Balsamic Blackberry Vinaigrette Dressing

	Ingredients
- 1 cup ripe blackberries
 - 1 tbsp. honey
 - 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
 - 2 tbsp. olive oil
 - ¼ tsp. salt
 - ½ tsp. Dijon mustard
 
Instructions
- In a food processor add all ingredients and pulse until well blended. Add a couple teaspoons water if needed to thin dressing. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
