Brazil Nut Butter
Serving size: 4 servings
- 1 cup Brazil nuts, raw and unsalted
- Preheat the oven to 300°F. Roast Brazil nuts on a baking sheet for 20 minutes.
- Transfer to a food processor and pulse until Brazil nuts start to break down. Continue to run your food processor in intervals so your machine does not over heat. Process for 2-5 minutes or until smooth and creamy. There is no need to add more oil since the nuts will release their own oil as you grind them.
- Transfer to an air tight container and store in the refrigerator for up to one month.
