- 1 1/2 cups gluten-free breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- Grind whole flax seeds in a designated coffee grinder or use pre-ground flax seeds.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and use as a breading for your favorite dishes. Try with fish, meat, or vegetables.
