Garlic Chive Spice Mix

Serving size: 15 servings

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp. chives, dried
  • 5 tbsp. chopped garlic, dried
  • 3 tbsp. dill, dried
  • 1 tbsp. kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a small bowl and mix to combine. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place for up to 3 months. Re-stir before use.
  2. Use to make a creamy dip by combining 2 tbsp. dry mix with ¾ cup Greek yogurt and ¼ cup sour cream or mayo, and 2 tbsp. olive oil. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate up to five days.

Nutrition per serving: 14 calories, 3 g carbohydrates, 1 g fiber, 1 g protein, 468 mg sodium.
