Gluten-free Strawberry Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • ¼ tsp. baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 3 tbsp. milk of choice
  • ¼ tsp. vanilla, optional
  • 1-2 strawberries, chopped
  • 3 tbsp. whole grain gluten-free flour mix

Instructions

  1. In a mug or microwave safe bowl, mix dry ingredients.
  2. Add remaining wet ingredients and strawberry to mug and mix.
  3. Microwave on high for 1 to 1 ½ minutes.

Nutrition per serving: 306 calories, 40 g carbohydrates, 2 mg cholesterol, 15 g fat, 2 g fiber, 4 g protein, 300 mg sodium, 16 g sugar.
