Hawaiian Coleslaw
Serving size: 6 servings
Ingredients
- 1 lb. cabbage, finely shredded or 16 oz. packaged coleslaw mix
- 1-15 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
- ½ cup onion, finely chopped
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cilantro, fresh
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix cabbage, pineapple and onion together.
- In a separate bowl, whisk mayo, vinegar, brown sugar, cilantro, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour dressing over the coleslaw mixture and toss to coat. Refrigerate until serving.
