Hemp Seed Parmesan
Yields 1/3 cup, or about 8 2 Tbsp. servings.
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- In a food processor, pulse walnuts until they are finely processed to a sand-like texture.
- Add the hemp seeds, nutritional yeast, and sea salt. Pulse until it becomes a coarse powder.
- Add to your favorite dishes and store in the refrigerator for up to three months.
Nutrition per serving: 60 calories, 1 g carbohydrates, 5 g fat, 1 g fiber, 3 g protein.
