Oven Baked Sweet Plantains

Ingredients
- 4 very ripe plantains
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°. Set aside a nonstick cookie sheet covered in cooking spray.
- Cut off the ends of the plantains and peel.
- Next cut diagonal 1/2 inch thick slices.
- Place on the baking sheet in a single layer and coat with cooking spray.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, flipping plantain slices occasionally. Plantains should be golden brown and tender.
