Papaya and Almond Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt or dairy-free alternative
  • 1 cup papaya, chopped
  • ⅓ cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup milk or dairy-free alternatives
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. honey, optional
  • 2 Tbsp. slivered almonds

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Nutrition per serving: 250 calories, 30 g carbohydrates, 15 mg cholesterol, 7 g fat, 3 g fiber, 17 g protein, 100 mg sodium, 26 g sugar.
