Parsley, Kale, Berry Smoothie
Serving size: 1 serving
- 1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley, leaves and stems, packed
- 4 kale leaves, center ribs removed
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp. flaxseed, ground
- 1 cup water
- In a blender, purée parsley leaves and stems, kale leaves, berries, banana, 1 tsp. ground flaxseed, and water in a blender until smooth.
- If too thick, add more water, blend and enjoy.
