Parsley, Kale, Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley, leaves and stems, packed
  • 4 kale leaves, center ribs removed
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp. flaxseed, ground
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a blender, purée parsley leaves and stems, kale leaves, berries, banana, 1 tsp. ground flaxseed, and water in a blender until smooth.
  2. If too thick, add more water, blend and enjoy.
