Pear Vinaigrette
Yields 12 servings
Ingredients
- 1 ripe pear, peeled & cored
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Instructions
- In a blender, purée the pear, wine, garlic, mustard, vinegar, pepper, and salt until smooth. Continue to blend, slowly adding the olive oil until the dressing is thick and creamy. Enjoy on your favorite salad.
