- ¼ cup sorghum grains
- Desired toppings
- On the stovetop, heat a pot with a tight fitting lid over medium heat. Once hot, add the sorghum grains and cover with the lid. Shake the pot until the sorghum begins to pop.
- Continue shaking the pot nonstop with the lid on.
- Once 2/3 of the grain has popped, remove from heat and pour out the popped grains. Resume popping the remaining grains.
- Remove from the heat once there are 10 seconds in between pops. Season with your favorite toppings - salt, garlic powder, nutritional yeast, sugar and cinnamon, etc.
