Yields 2 smoothies
- 2 cups hulled strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 banana, frozen and broken into pieces
- 1/2 cup water or choice of milk
- 3 Tbsp. hemp seeds
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Nutrition per serving: 190 calories, 25 g carbohydrates, 8 g fat, 5 g fiber, 7 g protein, 15 g sugar.
