Turmeric Mango Smoothie
Serving size: 2 servings
- 2 cups mango, chopped
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/2 bananas, ripe
- 2 tbsp. fresh turmeric, finely grated
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tbsp. maple syrup, optional
- In a blender, puree mango, yogurt, orange juice, banana, turmeric, vanilla and maple syrup until smooth. Add ice for a frosty treat and puree.
