Jicama Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 medium jicama
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt, sugar, and chili powder to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel jicama, then slice thinly.
  2. Place jicama slices on a platter in a single layer. Drizzle lime juice over the jicama slices and season lightly with salt, sugar, and chili powder.
  3. Chill for 20 minutes and serve.
